TOBY FABER

1999-2018

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our son, brother and friend, Toby Faber. Toby had been a student at The Evergreen School, was currently a senior at The Bush School, and was a dancer at All That Dance. He planned to attend Swarthmore College this fall. Full of boundless energy, curiosity and compassion, Toby lit up when talking about dancing, his friends (especially cats!), World War II history, biology, theater, strategy games and many other subjects. He was always available with an ear to listen, a sarcastic comment, or

advice on writing a powerful paragraph. Passionate about hiking, he loved the outdoors deeply. He died by suicide on Saturday evening, February 3rd. He is survived by his parents, Laura and Tom; his sisters, Tasha and Kate, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends and extended family (feline and otherwise) who loved him dearly.

We welcome and invite your sharing your remembrances of Toby by sending any anecdotes, stories, pictures or videos to: faberfamilymemorial@gmail.com.

We encourage contributions in his honor to the Wayne Wurzer Scholarship fund at All That Dance, and to the Regional Animal Services of King County. Please see the Donations page for details.

Thank you to all our family and friends for the outpouring of love and support. We will cherish, and need it, not just now, but in the weeks and months ahead.

With Much Love,

Laura, Tom, Kate and Tasha Faber
